• 1. If you are a citizen of a country where a direct letter of invitation from Kazan National Research Technological University is necessary in order to get a visa, you need to send the following documents:

• - a scan of your passport;
• - filled application form.

Organizing Committee will issue an official invitation letter from Kazan National Research Technological University signed by Rector, and send you a scan. After you get the invitation, you should start the process of visa application at the Embassy of the Russian Federation (Russian Consulates) in your country. • 2. If you are a citizen of a country where an official invitation letter issued by the Russian Federal Migration Service or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (‘Government Certificate’) is necessary in order to get a visa, you need to send by e-mail the following documents:

• - a scan of your passport;
• - filled application form.

Organizing Committee will apply for this type of invitation, and the process will take around two months. After we get the invitation, we will e-mail you a scanned copy, and send you the original by express mail. After you get the invitation, you should start the process of visa application at the Embassy of the Russian Federation (Russian Consulates) in your country. You can find the list of all the required documents on the web-site of the Russian Consulate of your country.
