Conference participants are required to fill in the Online Registration Form by October 1, 2012. Abstracts submission instructions are provided the conference website. Abstracts of unregistered authors will not be accepted.

In addition to the Abstract, the authors must send to the Organizing Committee the scanned copy of the Copyright Transfer Agreement, if they want to be published in the Proceedings of the Conference. The original license agreement is to be mailed to the Organizing Committee address, or provided personally before the start of the conference. A sample Copyright Transfer Agreement will be available at the conference website.

Conference Proceedings will be published by the beginning of the conference. If abstracts are not received by the Organizing Committee before October 1, 2012, they will not published as Conference Proceedings. Full text articles will be published in the Bulletin of the Kazan Technological University. The time scheduled for a plenary lecture is 30 minutes, oral presentation is to be no longer than 20 min. including Q&A. 1 square meter space will be provided for poster session participants. The following fees are to be paid by Russian participants and exhibitors from CIS countries: 1000 rubles. For graduate and undergraduate students: 500 rubles.; For accompanying persons - 500 rubles. For foreign participants: 100 €. Fees to be paid for publication in the proceedings is 1000 rubles.

Conference Fee will not be accepted after October 10, 2012.
